Science Journal Entries

Throughout the school year you will be asked to complete journal entries that pertain to the topics we are studying in class. There are several important things to consider in order to achieve the highest possible score: First, entries must be at least one full paragraph (6-8 sentences). Secondly, information must be accurate and complete; the entire journal entry prompt must be answered. Third, including extra support, such as graphs and diagrams, can help create a thorough journal entry.

Journals should be kept up to date and in numerical order in the journal portion of your binder. JOURNALS DO NOT NEED TO BE COMPLETED UNTIL THEY ARE ASSIGNED. Some entries need to be taught before you can thoroughly answer the prompt.
